HitTestInfo ShiftHitTestInfo( Point rawPoint, HitTestInfo nearestHitResult, double hitTestRadius, T series )

- The mouse point on the parent SciChart.Charting.Visuals.SciChartSurface
- nearestHitResult
- The information on a series hit test operation
- hitTestRadius
- The radius in pixels to determine whether a mouse is over a data-point
